Capital League 2018: Goals, Derby and Fc. Verokof Raising Star.

- Capital League Match Day 6 lived up to its hype as a Derby game between Budget Fc. against Capital City Eagles light up the league with sintiliting performance from both teams that ended in 2-all draw (2-2).Although the first match of the day was between Rash Fc against Fc. Verokof, a match played with mixed emotions as the construction boys lost by a wide margin.
FC. Verokof fielded rookie players with few match game, inexperience also was a factor not counting out age as a minus because physically Rash Fc were better and more experienced.
Team Fc. Verokof complained through their coach Mr. Emeka who said his boys were on the wrong side of the Referee.
Fast raising star player of Fc. Verokof, David Terngu Waya (popular called Bobby by his fans) scored the only consolation goal for his side after dribbling past three Rash players from penalty spot with a superb pitchika kick in a (6-1) encounter.
Three other matches played under a wonderful atmosphere at league venue Planet Futsal Utako was that of The FA against Fc. Shaagi which The FA won by 2-0 in a tense encounter.
Royale Fc. defected Panama Fc 4-3 in a game that was very competitive from both teams. The canal boys almost equalised at the last minute of the match.
The match between Great Fc and the media giants AIT was another classic game of the day with AIT coming from 2 goals down at halftime to equalise only to let their guards down to lose by 4-3 at the end of the match.
But one time you can’t take away from the game is andrnline from both teams showing how 5-aside is played. Fans had a wonderful time seeing all the games played with so much passion and energy.
