The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has secured an interim forfeiture of the sum of fromN1,000,494,000 (One Billion, Four Hundred and Ninety Four Thousand Naira) only. The order was granted by Justice Lewis Allagoa of the Federal High Court sitting in Kano. The Coalition of United Political Parties (CUPP) has filed a suit at the Federal High Court in Abuja, seeking a declaration that President Muhammadu Buhari is medically unfit for the office of president.
